back brakes locked up

back brakes locked up

It seems my brake fluid wont return to the master cylinder rear sump. Rear brakes are locked up until i bleed pressure than all is good again.
Is this my proportioning valve giving me fits or is there another part i should be looking at?

Proportioning valve or disintegrating flexible hoses on the rear calipers.

I have replaced all rubber lines front and rear. Rear calipers replaced fronts rebuilt. Master cylinder replaced as well.

My first guess was gonna be the rubber lines, but I see you've changed them already

Proportioning valve may have tripped and need to be reset / cleaned

Turns out there was a line lock device installed! Just found the "destructions" time to remove it. Thanks guys for all the help!!
