Side window adjustment...
I've adjusted the side windows on my car successfully a few times with no problem at all. This time I'm having a problem. I replaced the drivers side window and I can't get the in-out (like camber) adjustment right. I don't have any problem with tilt, front-to-back, or upper and lower stops. When you raise the window with the door closed, the top of the window trys to come inside the car. It's not that bad, but it does try to go under the weather stripping at the clip on the front pillar. I've got it adjusted all the way so that there's no more adjustment available. The only difference in this time and previous adjustments is that the rear weatherstrip is new, while the rest of the weatherstripping is really old, but I can't see how that would cause this problem. Has anybody seen anything like this before?

When I installed new weatherstripping I found I could not get the proper adjustment with the limit of the factory slots. I got out my handy dreimel tool and enlongated the holes a bit and everything finally lined up. Your milage may vary.
