IMO by the time you spend enuf on the crappy "boosters" you could have bought some race gas. I heard you can order it by the 55gal drum ? Anyone else heard that ? I was trying to mix toluene and REAL LEAD additive that is very hard to find on my 11:1 iron headed motor. What a pain in the **** ! If you can't pull enough timing out of it then it's race gas, new pistons, or risk your new engine.....might be better off on the long run running less compression. Over the years it would cost ya way less to lower the compression than buy race gas and pump gas gets worse all the time. Ethanol is crap. JMO.

I think it would be best to find the problem with the heads or your timing rather than add a fortune of booster just to get the car running smooth.

Have heard of an old trick which acts as a fuel booster and that is to drop moth ***** into a fuel drum and let them dissolve then add the fuel to your tank . Not sure on how many or how long the boost works for ,
Check out a guy called Jeremy clarkson from a tv show called top gear.
Its a u.k based programme.
Good luck finding the problem
