Default Can someone help me identify this part?

Need to know what it is and where is it supposed to be. It just lying under the brake master cylinder. It wasn't bolted to anything and i'm sure its should be.

It is the cruise control transducer. It should have speedometer cables hooked to it. Does the speedo work? If so someone has bypassed the transducer with a one piece cable. As you can see there are several vacuum hose attached to it. if these aren't hooked up properly or at least plugged, it could be the source of a vacuum leak.
