Default Removing AC vs. wiring issues

I am kicking out the AC. As it is dificult to buy parts in Poland, and I have a friend that works in fiberglass, we will rebuild the AC box to get something like you can buy in US.
But here I have a question. In that box there is some kind of sensor, relay or some thing, those are 3 sets of metal strips connected with springs. What is that and can i kick it out? Can I cut out all the wires that were related with AC? I have a wiring diagram but o not see those on it, so I am not sure.
Thanks for help!

Those are the resisters for the blower speeds.

FYI Other compressors work w/ the A/C. I replaced the R4 compressor with a ND similiar to Sanden 508 which uses less HP & works great. Compressor, custom brackets & hoses to stock A/C system.

I am kicking it not becouse I want beter engine performance, but becouse you can not get the proper gas for it in Poland. The other thing is that I just do not need it.

Too hot to get rid of A/C here.

There is very little A/C wiring. You can probably see the light green under hood wiring for the A/C & if cut off needs to be insulated so as not to ground. Under the console at the A/C Vent switch is a tan color wire that turns on A/C.

If you cut those wires out, you will not be able to run the heater & defroster correctly. Do you not need those either. Even though you can't buy parts, just leave it in place, it won't hurt anything. Or maybe find a heater only system for sale, with the proper fiberglass box. Good luck to you on whatever you decide, Have a great day. Gene

I have never been to Poland, but I did spend a year and a half in Germany, working for the Department of Defense........OK, fine, I was a Private in the Army, alright? Happy now?

Anyway, If the climate in Poland is anything like the climate in Germany, then, yeah, he doesn't need air conditioning, but he damn well better have a good heater!!!
