Default Lucas Oil Additives ????

I have been using Lucas Oil Additive for years now on every oil change. 1 qt per engine. I have had great success with the Lucas Products. Who else uses Lucas additives? Al

whatever works for you, to me all are hype and all are petro products. I have a hard 385,000 on 1983 supra without any additives and 130,000 on 1993 chevy SB truck without additives so......me thinks to each his own and stick with what makes you feel good.

Motor oils already contain highly engineered additive packages, and nothing else is needed. Adding more stuff is just cutting down the actual percentage of lubricating oil in the mix. Standard dino oil is only about 80% actual oil in the bottle already. Syn is about 95%, as chemically engineered as an engine lube from the start, and what I use.

I use it with every oil change. I also put a little in the differential. The fuel treatment is good too.

I filled up my Leaking stock PS unit with Lucas Stop leak 8yrs ago. They have a product for many liquids you can put in a car. I trust them

Me too. I am convinced Lucas saved my new Comp XE cam a few years back when they were all being wiped by the new oil formulation. Mine has had no problems.

This one I have to question. Yes, the bottle says it can be used for differential, no posi additive needed, it doubles your horsepower, makes your car able to leap tall buildings, etc, etc ....

I tried it in the differential and had problems. Switched back to synthetic 75W-140 and posi additive, problem solved.

Don't know about this one, I use Sea foam.

God bless, Sensei

While getting off topic, since the diff was mentioned, I dont use any kind of additives in there either. May quiet things down around turns, but find it allows excessive posi clutch pack lock up slippage when you're really wanting lock. To quote an old TV add about drug usage, just say no to additives.

I'm not sure how good there products are but they support the Drag Racing Sport that I love so I support them! I use there High Mileage Oil and have not had any issues. I also like there spray on car cleaning product for quick cleanup. Works great on glass as well as the body!
