Hi k...,
I can only answer for the metal shroud used with the aluminium radiator.
Yes, but it's not easy.
You need to take the fan and fan clutch off the water pump. Then it's the 2 'feet' on the bottom of the shroud that cause the problem. The shroud needs to be pivoted and turned as it comes out, and the same thing needs to be done in reverse when putting it back in place.
Remember to put a piece of heavy cardboard on the core to protect the fins.
Regards,
Alan

IF you going to stay with the mechanical fan, and want easy serviceability in the future, you need jack the car up, on stands, and drop the wheels, look for 3 bolts per side along the edges of the rad support and so to swing it forward up top...there well maybe a couple large bolts under that boomerrang shaped cross support so to loosen them...

this allows plenty of room for the shroud removal, especially with fan removed....

now to use common sense and split the shroud along each side laterally so you have a top and bottom half....

then make 8 ~1" wide and 4" long plates...to make a sandwich of them extending upward from the bottom half....into which there are two slots on each side that hold the top half of the shroud in place...couple of simple bolts and it slips right outta there....to AND bottom section...leaving that pesky fan in place....
