c2 sidepipe covers on a c3

i remember some of Joel Rosens motion corvettes used c2 covers for c3 side pipes. does anyone know if the length is near correct. i have the fiberglass covers with custom pipes and don't like the look and the c2 covers are cheaper than the factory c3 covers. any one have them?

A friend has the C2 side pipe covers on a highly modified 68. The length seems to be just right. Never looked to see much detail though. They will work.

Check out the CobraStuff website. I purchased their 4" covers (bare metal) and painted them to match my red vette. They look cool, and they come at a great price. They come in chrome and stainless too if my memory is correct.

I have an old set of C2 covers in the garage. I went out and held one up against my C3 and they are about 4" short of being a perfect fit. The flat surface that mounts to the car is where i was looking. You could probably just center them up.
