Definitely need pics or we'll all be guessing. In general oranges under the dash are full time hot, pinks not purples are gauge wires,a black and white might be the anti tamper alarm switch, the orange by the blower might be the blower wire for a non AC car.
We need pics,we LIKE pics.

4th pic; flat three wire black, yellow, and tan connector is the stock radio plug. Black ground; yellow power; tan illumination.

The AIM is pretty good at showing factory wiring connections; especially optional items which may have plugged into the accessory spaces in the fuse block.

Cut purple might be neutral safety switch, but it's difficult to tell from the pic.

1st pic appears to be the rear defog / illuminated mirror tap - plug the gray into the ACC tap
2nd pic as you said fuse panel
3rd looks like a non factory radio connection
4th Mike answer that one
5th looks like an overview of 3 and 4
6th the one purple is coming from the NSS plug-if the other purple goes back to the same plug, some one just ripped the purples from the NSS
Is this an auto car converted to 4 speed ?
7th pic appears to be the orange for the lighter but has an extra orange in the non factory connector
8th looks like speaker wires
9th black and white looks like the connector for the anti tamper switch on the alarm switch
10th above
11th orange wire for the blower in a heater only car-just stuff that back
12th purple blower for AC blower
13th seat belt relay-pink and yellow

The orange going to the purple (which purple?)making the gauges work is a bit odd, need more info to help with that.

I understand what is the factory radio connection. This is a factory 4 speed car to the best of my knowledge. It has the numbers matching VIN stamped on the transmission. Now that Orange wire that has the extra wire coming out of it...if I touch that to the purple wire not in my fingers in Pic 5 I get power to all my gauges. When I get home from school I will take a picture that shows it. The description in Pic 8 is making me scratch my head. Where are the Power Windows routed. I may have to pull up the carpet to see where those wires go. Pic 9...the connector for the anti tamper switch on the alarm switch...again...where is that located? That's not on the fender is it? 11th pic...no prob I will stuff that away. The rest is cool. Like I say, I will take more pics when I get home tonight. Hopefully you guys are online and can help walk me through getting this set back up correctly.

Thanks,
Alex
In pic 5 ,the purple you don't have in your hands appears to go back to a plug with a 12 purple and a 12 green, that is the NSS connector leading in to the main harness, touching the orange to the 12 purple should power the gauges unless bubba got in there.

Power windows go forward in the console into the main harness and through the door jambs into the doors.

Anti tamper plugs into the switch on the key switch on the drivers fender

edit- I forgot #3 pic , that looks to be the rear defog but the tans could be part of the AC but the gray should be the mirror map light.
There can be several wires like the tan and gray that tie together at the ACC spade, these usually are just taps to trigger relays when the key is turned on. I see you have a pink in the IGN spade and off the pink might be another connector so the rear defog Tan can plug in there.
Bottom line GM added accessories in like this one on top of the other.
Some accessories should be connected to the IGN spade, some to the ACC spade and some to the BATT spade, once we figure out what each wire is you can plug them in the proper locations.
I'm most worried about the orange to the purple (hope its actually pink) powering up your gauges ,that could cause problems, need to iron that one out.

Where does the purple in your fingers in pic #5 go to ?
What do the ends on the purples look like ?
Those appear to be broken ends from an auto trans NSS.

That's really weird, those 2 purple/yellows should not be there in a 4 speed car. The plug they go to with the purple/white and green/black should be empty.
Does your car have a clutch switch ?

edit-check out post #5 and you'll see your 2 purples coming off a NSS attached to an auto shifter
