I measure 5 and 1/16th from the block just above the bracket to the front lip of the pulley on the power steering pump and it is still not out far enough to line up.

THe balancer pulleys line up with everything else, the water pump, the a/c and the alternator. the only one that does not line up is the power steering.

This is a possibility. My PS pump has the pressed on pulley. Yours appears to be held on with a nut? I will get the measurment from the front of the block to the front edge of the PS pulley. mike...

Mine shows 5 1/4 in. from the front surface of the block to the front edge of the PS pump pulley. I measured this with the belt installed. The closest reference point in line with the PS pulley is the front edge of the "freeze" plug hole on the front drivers side of the block. This measures 4 7/8 in. from its front edge and the front edge of the PS pulley. Hope I am helping. mike...
