Tore dash out found broken light sockets
Hi again tore my dash out to redye it and noticed the little metal clips that hold the dash lights in .Some are broken .Can you get these some where? or have any whole sockets to sell. I tried lectrics limited only would sell whole harness .Tried gary G. To .Any help would be appreciated.(its getting warm here and its time to drive !)

Terry, I found perfect replacements at NAPA and a few other places. I replaced all of the sockets on my dash, I went 3 different parts stores before I found enough for all the sockets. They were black with black wires leading to them. They aren't NCRS replacement, but they are the same size, use the same bulbs and work great.

Yo, Smokehouse 69, got a part number? I bought a used harness and cut out what i needed, but they really are a bad design. I've epoxy'ed some back together and that works if you want it to look right. I've always wondered if a judge would actually look....

Vette Products of Michigan told me they had them. I haven't bought any there yet, but I have been happy with everything else I bought there.
Another note, I think when I do mine, I am going to run all the dash lights to a single quick-disconnect type connector. When I put the dash in last, it was impossible to get all the lights to stay in, and I ended up trying to connect them with the dash in. I figure if I already have to replace the metal piece and the lead, I might as well make it more managable. Just my $.02.

Hi all have a update and part # .Ok 2 wires 1 is a ground that we should not need because our lights ground to the instrument panel .The other you splice to youir old 1 wire socket. And the part # is LS6429 at NAPA. Hopr this helps you as much as me .Would like to stay and chat .But we are going dash diving :lol: .By the way they are pricey at 6.22 apiece. Thanks everybody.
