New hood release cable broke
After 9 years I am finally reassembling my 77. I done a complete frame off rebuild. My old hood cable had broken on the end of the handle. The black part you pull. Today I put the new handle in and on the first pull the cable came out of the handle. Glad there was no hood on it. Anyone have any suggestions on a reliable handle I can buy. This one came from Ecklers.

Was it an original or a repo? I put on a repo 6 months ago, so far so good.
