It a balance thing. I suspend the arm back around the caliper mount up to the frame,then I swing the front end into the frame and put a short bolt in from the outside. Then pushing up on the front of the arm I slide the trailing arm bolt in using the tool in the pic. It is a bit like threading a needle but much easier if you get it in balance.

Default Trailing Arm rebuilder? (Detroit area)

Any leads for a good Trailing Arm rebuilder in Detroit area? I've got mine completely tore down, but stories in other threads has me concerned that I may not be able to set it back up properly.
