Default Electrical Problems

I recently replaced the tachometer circuit board and am now having some problems getting everything to work again. The headlights work, but the tail lights and the gauge lights don't (all were working before I pulled the dash apart). The interior lights that come on when the door is opened work, but only if the headlight switch is in a certain position. To top it off, none of the center gauges (oil pressure, ammeter, fuel gauge, water temp) work after having been disconnected; do these have to be re-zeroed like the tach? Any help that you guys can offer is much appreciated.

Taillights and dash lights could be a blown Tail-lamps fuse. The gauges might be missing their ground.

Okay, I was able to get everything but the oil pressure gauge working, and I am pretty sure I have it connected wrong. The headlight switch wasn't screwed in all the way, now that its taken care of everything works great!
