I have questioned the time as well. I just ( 5 minutes ago ) posted on a different thread. It was 03:29 a.m. 5/3/2 when I posted. My post was shown as 08:29 a.m. 5/3/2. I am in south east Georgia, which means there is nowhere in the United States that is 5 hours ahead of me. I don't understand how the time is applied. Any body got an explanation?

Your post indicates 7:12 to me!
Are we seeing different things??
The time here has never made sense to me either.

Mine says 12:45 pm and it's 7:45 am here.

Mine IS set at the right time zone!
Guess I have to figure out which time zone setting will compensate for the error.

It will not let me change my time zone. Must be because of the zip code or something. Anyway, I'm in the Eastern zone and the yime is 5 hours off at the correct setting.

My profile is also set right and my post always shows 5 hours ahead. If the error is due to being set for a different area, the area would be 5 time zones EAST of Georgia.

Here one to think about:

At work the time is correct but at my house (1 mile away) it is off by an hour. Knew my vette was fast but didn't know I could travel in time with it! Actual my car is slow so maybe I am actual traveling back in time.
