I just finished my interior and charged the battery. Went to start it and nothing. All I did was change fuel filter, oil and interior this winter. I made sure all fuses were ok and they are. My first show is tonight and I need help.
No crank or anything. Any ideas?
Thanks
double check your battery connnections again, check the connection at the frame under neath the battery box for the ground.Do you have any interior lights guages working dash lights?

Could it be the the switch for the tranny,so you must be in "park" that is the problem,or if you have a man tranny, the "clutch" switch.have you checked the Groundwire to the engine, from the battery?Does everything else work? :smash:
Check the big connector in the wiring harness that goes right by the heater plenum under the hood. There's one line that carries all the power into the interior, and will shut off EVERYTHING when (I didn't say if) the connector gets corroded.
OK, neutral switch appears ok. I have interior lights and horn. I checked the lead to the starter and fusible links-OK. Battery ground -OK. Noel, would this corrode in a heated garage? It was fine when I put her away in November
Could be the starter solenoid that got stuck.Try to tap it a little and see if it loosens up,I had that problem on my ATV..I just banged it with a stone and of i went  :smash: :smash:
do you have a testlight..if you do check your cranking wire going to the starter the purple one and have someone crank it and see if your getting 12 volts there.when you crank it do the lights and stuff dim down or do they stay the same brightness?
Well, then new starter is in and cranks. Now I have fuel starvation at the injectors WTF? Fuel filter in correct way and pump is running, but I can't get fuel to the injectors. Anyone know why?
so now with the new starter it cranks now but no fuel to injectors?man you cant catch a break,so i guess you missed the show,ok so fuel pump is running fuses are good, have you checked for spark yet?And when you put it away for the season it ran fine right?
I didn't check for spark. It won't do any good if no fuel, right? It ran fine when I put her away in the beginning of winter. Now I'm burning uo the new battery I got trying to get it to fire  :mad
