I ran a separate ground to the radiator support. I think there are bolts between the frame and the rad support but I suppose you never know. I'll try removing that connection and grounding directly to the frame to see if that solves the problem. I'll give this a shot tonight and let you all know.
I think this will get you there. I wire wheeled the area of the frame where I placed my grounds, bolted the ground eyelets to the frame and then painted over them for rust protection.
That was it guys, the ground. I'm amazed that the rad support wouldn't have a good enough ground but apparently it isn't any more. I put a jumper from the upper control arm to the ground and the fans started right up. A lot of aggravation for a simple thing.
