The fast idle on my 350 auto, with a Holley 4175, is not dropping off when the car warms up. It was new in 2005, and it has an electric choke. It replaced my original Quadrajet. When the engine is off, the fast idle cam is free to move, but when the engine is running, it sticks. If I force it down, it will stay down.

Have you tried adjusting it? Has it always done this since you have had it?
This is a new issue. First problem ever, since I installed the carb in 2005. The air cleaner is off right now, as I am working on it, so that is not the problem. The choke is working fine. It slowly opens as the electric choke warm up. It is the fast idle that is sticking.
My work-around is to start the car, drive a mile, turn off the engine, blip the throttle, and restart the car. Then the idle is normal. The fast idle cam only sticks when the engine is running. It moves freely when the engine is off. I don’t see a way to make any adjustments.
It's a spread bore, so it has a totally different choke setup than a normal squarebore Holley, and I have never adjusted one, so I'm not much help there, but here is some info that might help you out.
