Default m21 REBUILD KIT

My 69 has a M21 4 speed, is this a muncie.
How much HP and torque will it hold up to.
Im going to rebuild it but need a performance kit, who sells them.

Not really sure about what kind of power you can put through a Muncie trans, but around 400 HP should be safe if everything is in good shape. I rebuilt mine with a complete kit and a new 1-2 slider from a guy called "KajunJon.com" via ebay...about $225. It shifts very smoothly and works real nice, but I'm not beating on it...hope this helps.
