Well, as Willcox is working on getting us the corrected 70 to 77 rocker panels, I think I will make some replacements from stainless steel.
Im running Hooker side pipes so you won't see much of them but i need to cover that ugly under door and fender spots.
They will be just plain but polished, should look good.

Looking forward to your results.
I'm thinking of doing the same. I have 4" side pipes also and can't see spending too much on new rockers. I don't know how much of a savings stainless would be though. I was thinking of aluminum for mine.
