Default astro ventilation

hello, my 1969 air conditioned convertible has side glass with Astro ventilation on the door glass. Someone is telling me that a/c cars would not say Astro ventilation. I believe all 69 vettes had it... Thanks

All side glass up to '77 (?) had the words Astro Ventilation irrespective of whether the car had A/C or not.

Astro-Ventilation was GM's trade name for the fresh air system they used beginning with the 68 models. It doesn't actually have anything to do with whether the car had factory AC or not.

68 Impalas had Astro-Ventilation on the door glasses and the same vent ***** used on Corvettes. Ditto for Camaros.

The "someone" telling you about Astro-Ventilation needs to do his/her homework. You are correct: all 68-75 Corvettes, coupe and convertible, had Astro-Ventilation on the door glasses.
