Engine Designations?
Can anyone give me a run down of engine names and year of car they can be found in? Such as a LS6. What year Vettes are they found in? LT1's and so forth. Would appreciate a timeline starting with the 53 Vette if anyone has the knowledge handy. Thanks, :crazy:

May I respectfully suggest that you find yourself a copy of "The Corvette Black Book" abt 12-14 bucks at any decent Vette Shop. There is a wealth of timeless knowledge in it........I'd be just about lost without mine. Not meant to be a "Flame" on ya, but to post all the info you request would take a considerable amount of time, OK? :cheers:

If you are only interested in Sharks, you can get an old copy on E-Bay for a buck or two. But if you want a recent copy then after you add shipping you are beyond the price of picking up a copy from the local bookstore. FYI.
