Bee Jay, for whatever reason the C4 D44 doesn't share the same mating surface or bolt pattern with the C3 D44, so an adapter/mid-plate would have to be designed and fabbed up, which would add weight and length... However, if you can justify the effort and expense you could always fab up new mounts for mate the narrower C4 batwing to your chassis. FWIW, you might well be a good candidate for just doing the whole C4 rear suspension while you're at it.
This is probably more than your looking for, but Heidts makes a 9" based independent (similar to a Jag I think) rear suspension. It replaces everything from hub to hub.

For high HP, I really don't like the small halfshafts on this that also act as the upper control arm. Go with the Tom's components offered by some of the retailers on here. 12-bolt based to "Keep your GM all GM".
