Speedo/Tach printed circuit question

Speedo/Tach printed circuit question
I removed my instrument cluster today in order to replace the speedo/tach circiut board on my 79. My question is about the three retainer clips behind the tach. How do I remove them? They are holding the board to the back of the tach. Can they be reused?
