Default Window Regulator
I'm finally rebuilding my window track assemblies. I have a question on the regulator. The riveted connection between the 2 regulator arms is very sloppy. Is this connection supposed to be tight? If so, can I tighten it by peening the rivet tighter?

Yes, it should be tight.

Peening the rivets might work.

Thanks. It looks like I'll be replacing the rollers on the regulator too. They are also sloppy. Such fun!!
