Here's the whole story -
Carb number 17054929 was used in the following applications:
1. 1974 350-400 cu in. all trans Chevy & GMC Truck (service replacement carbs)
2. 1974 Chevrolet Chevelle, Corvette, Monte Carlo, Nova, ElCamino,Sprint, Camaro 350-400 cu in All Trans.
The carb has "CH" secondary rods in it, #73 main jets, and #42 primary rods.
Q-Jets are not vacuum secondary carbs - they are "variable cfm" carbs with mechanical secondaries and with a spring-loaded secondary airvalve to control and regulate secondary airflow to match engine requirements.
