Default 76 Clutch Replacement
I am having difficulty moving the drive shaft yoke forward to remove the driveshaft. I have unbolted the differential carrier, unbolted the U bolts at both ends of the drive shaft and when I go to push it forward into the transmission, NO FORWARD MOVEMENT. What is the Hold up??

Have you tried gently tapping the yoke with a hammer?

Yes I have and there still is no forward movement. Is it possible to pry the Universal joints out of the Yoke?

yes you can try putting a large screwdriver/prybar between the front yoke and it's ujoint to break the ujoint free and hopefully push the yoke in.
