Just had that done on my '80 with Gymkhana suspension. The lower A arm mount tends to tear loose under heavy use. My frame is great otherwise with no rust or damage. A good welding job with extra braces make for a permanent repair. Yours is not the neatest job I've ever seen but otherwise looks ok. I'd have it checked before I went too far. Good luck!
