Yes you can. Seatbelt Solutions can help you out. I got mine for $300 for single retractors in dark brown for my '76. Love them. The tip is by my shoulder now, just like a modern car.
SSnake Oyl would only restore my old ones and wanted $600.
I dyed the covers on the tip dark brown and reused my buckles with the GM logo.

when did you buy the belts from Seatbelt Solutions? I just got off the phone with them and they claim they do not sell retail only to vendors. This is the link I got the phone number from http://www.seatbeltsolutions.com/index.html

How did you attach the "hanger" on the b pillar? I would like to get rid of my 2 retractor system as well.
