I am not one to give reviews on products or services but I ran across a product and company I have enjoyed. I purchased the ISIS 3 cell product from Jay Harris at ISIS back in December. I have been casually installing it in my '68 since then and got everything up and running. There have been some hiccups along the way but nothing to do with the ISIS system. In fact, I probably did something to cause the master cell to go inop. Called Jay, last Thursday, sent the master cell to him next day and they fixed it on Monday and I received it back Tuesday....very impressive. I installed a new ground system along with the system while I was at it. So far so good...I would recommend this system.
Here is a picture of the master cell mounted behind the passenger side dash pad. You will notice I have my MSD and Holley fuel injection ECU mounted there too. All fits good, runs great...could not be more happy.
Here is a pic...I can take more if anyone is interested and expound upon my installation experience.
So far so good...the fact that all the wires are 22 gauge, carry no voltage and you can have it programmed to do a lot of things new cars have today like remote start, couresy light dimming, push button start etc...is great. This is my wife's car and she wanted to maintain the '68 vintage feel of turn the key...really cool...the wife I mean.
Jay is the man, he is all about the customer service. I will be putting his system in my 71 Vette rod later this year. I can't wait. He has called and e-mailed me a number of times. He will take care of you. Don't worry. Who else has installed an ISIS?

I will install the system in every car I build. The only complaint I have is the battery goes dead within the week if I don't put it on a trickle charger.

I read about and saw a few videos about that system, its really great and gives you the versatility of the 21st century electronic managements, but having the battery drained in a week is a serious problem! , the manufacturers should really do something regarding that.
ISIS system performs a massive drain of restoration capital from the Vette owner. I think the CAN view system isn't a good fit in a C3 Vette. I went with Lectric Limited harnesses purchased from Wilcox. Never requires a software reflash to perform. The CAN view systems we use in industrial electronics at work perform as well as the stuff in our C6 Z06, runs 98% of the time but, every so often a little glitch will raise its ugly head.

Effing love my Android spell checker, substitute CAN Buss for CAN view in post above.
The ISIS system has been in the car now for most of the year. The installation was easy and straightforward. You do have to have some working knowledge of basic wiring. What I love about the system is I was able to remove 90 percent of the factory wiring and replace it with 22 gauge wires that carry nearly zero volts. The system does everything a factory 12 volts system does but without all the 14 to 8 gauge wires and eliminates running 12 volts through the light switch, ignition switch and most all others. It has given me a piece of mind knowing I have done something to provide a more reliable power source for the electronics. My car has electric front lights, fuel injection and dual electric fans. Perhaps it's me, but the $1,300 or so I spent is well spent. I love the car and I have no issues at all...for a 68 that's not a bad report....I would be happy to help anyone that is considering the upgrade...Jay at ISIS is great and returns calls promptly...
I am happy with they system and it's primary advantage is expandability. My 65 is not complete yet, but I do plan on using it in a 68 C3 Coupe.
I mounted the master cell on my 68 behind the passenger side dash panel and mounted one power cell on the drivers side fender under the hydroboost and the other power cell in the area where the spare tire would be. I don't have a spare tire so it was a good logical place. I didn't want to take up any storage space in the interior so I thought this would be the best compromise. So far the only issue I had with the system is finding out the power cells put about 2 volts on the outputs as a method of sensing a blown fuse or something. This cause my fuel injection ecu to not turn off which ran me around for a while till I spoke to Jay at ISIS. He had me attach a 10k resister to the wire which did the trick. All is good as of today...
Do you have ac in the '68? If so tight is it behind the dash with your ISIS and MSD units there?
No AC...I made some aluminum mounts for both units and secured them to the dash brace. Plenty of room you just have to determine where to drill the holes in the dash mount with the passenger side dash pad in. Tricky but not real difficult...
