Default Quick power question

Hi guys,

I'm putting in a new engine harness (taking forever to rewire it the way I want) and have a quick question: I'm not using a TCS switch on my carb, but I wonder if the wire that connects to it is powered when the key is on? Is there switched 12V available there?

I am setting up a few relays for fans and headlights and horn and need a good switched power signal.

If it's not, can you suggest another wire that I could use, preferably from the same harness, since I already have it out!!
This is not the "headlight harness", but the other half of the bulkhead connector, the "engine harness".

Thanks for your help!

Do you have an empty spot on your fuse box labeled IGN?

Dunno! Can't get up in there! Can't twist around like I used to. Maybe after the move (bigger garage), I'll be able to see better with door farther open.

Besides, I'd like to stay in the engine compartment if possible.
