Boy.. I feel as if I answer this I'll start a fight with someone...
No exhaust means this is a pretty easy job on removal.. while I'd like to say I can have it out in 1.0... I'm old and broke down.. so 2.0 should be a fair guess.
Really though, on a lift any good tech should have it out in 1.5 tops...

Actually, I think you padded that one pretty good, old guy...
I have a lift, I'm old, and I've done quite a few of these, but I did a clutch/pressure plate/TO bearing R&R on my '64 by myself during the Superbowl halftime show where Janet had the "costume failure." I don't know how long that halftime show was, but it was less than an hour... (I also use a tranny jack and power tools). Someone doing it on the ground who has never done one before can sure as heck get one out in 2.0
Did I help you start something, or just miss the costume failure..? I don't think these young guys can keep up with us, so we better pad them 2.5
