i noticed that the bushing on my rear leaf spring were rotted out, my question is, is the top bushing a different size than the bottom, that is how they were on my car, but all the kits i have found they are all the same
Hi Chad,
I was referring to redroadster's (rr) post and it's time!
I know him and was hoping he was on a trip somewhere far away and enjoying himself.
Regards,
Alan
No such luck. Personally, I've had enough travel for a while. In the past 3 weeks, I've been in 6 countries. This morning I dropped Roberta off at the Detroit airport very early, flying to your neck - BWI. She's going to spend a few days visiting family in Wilmington and I was "waiting" for her to get finished in her prep before heading out. I spent those minutes surfing the CF. Hope my advice helps thechad300.
I'll be spending my un-supervised time installing the new radio I spoke to you about last fall. The old unit and center cluster's out now. I'm R&R'ing the oil gauge pick up tube and gauge bulbs while I'm in there. Waiting for the weekend to dive back in and finish the job.
Wish me luck!!!
One more note to thechad300: Replacing your bushings will likely increase ride height. Alan has some GREAT advice if you want to keep the height where it is now.
