Thanks for the video.
I read where you are getting 20mpg.

Do you have an over drive Tranny?

Yes,swapped in a Richmond 6spd ROD trans last August.Thought it would match up great with the 3.08 rear gears.Vette is running a tad rich but very pleased with the performance ,so I may just leave it alone until I purchase a A/F ratio gauge.
Just uploaded part 2 of the video.....Have a great day....

I'm having a 700r4 put in on Monday.
If I made it to 20mpg I would be pretty happy, at least for a while.

I still haven't made up my mind, a Summit Carb, or a rebuilt Q-jet by Lars.

Either way I'll need two of them.
I have a 75 4X4 pickup with a 350.
I'm installing a Lunati 60100 cam in it this week end and a Performer manifold.
I put headers on it a few weeks ago and that smoother out the power curve. I could actually feel some power.

I'll put the stock Carb. back on her for a while as a base test and then make some kind of decision then.

As of right now I'm leaning towards the Summit Carb.

There are specific carbs for off-roading,that help prevent flooding in rough terrain. Not sure how the Summit carb would handle that situation.
Good luck with your trans swap.Having an OD trans is great!
