Front end alignment

Im looking to do my own home front end alignment. Now Ive read many articles on this. But none of them that I can find actually tell you HOW to adjust the wheels. I know how to adjust front camber in that you shim the upper control arms. But can not figure out how to adjust castor and toe. Do you loosen or tighten steering linkage for toe?

Any help?

I looked through the article and can only seem to find info about rear end toe and caster adjustment. Any help on the front end?
