Default Drive shaft front yoke

Hi!
I have to change my driveshaft front yoke for my 77 with TH 350.
I don't find the good part !
A seller on ebay :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/140433581028...S:1123&vxp=mtr
ask me:"what size joint will you be using, and what spline count do you need." but the yoke is still on the car so I can tell him
Is there any one who can help me to find a seller and the good part ?
Thanks in advance!

That joint isnt what you need.
The joint size you need is a 1310 at the transmission.
Here is one that's correct for your car. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Corvette-Dri...a9c863&vxp=mtr
Its not in perfect condition, but they are pretty hard to find.

you might consider an earlier Corvette yoke with a combination u-joint.

Why do you need a new yoke? Is it damaged? Will it be used with the same transmission, or are you changing trans models?

If you are changing only because of a wear ring from running with the old seal in the tranny output housing, you can keep the same yoke by dealing with that wear in one of two ways: 1) you will be changing the output seal anyway, just drive it in a little less or a little more so that the wear area is in a different spot; 2) most auto parts stores [NAPA for sure] sell a yoke journal repair kit that consists of a stainless steel sleeve that is slipped over that damaged area of the yoke journal, along with a new output seal that is sized for that new sleeve. It works really well and saves having to replace the yoke. Either method will work.

If that's not your problem, tell us why you are swapping the yoke. We may have other 'alternatives' for you.

A stock 77 vette slip yoke with the 350 trans will be 27 spline and a 1330 u-joint. All vettes 71-79 use 1330 joints in the driveshaft.

I agree - the 1330 is correct, a 1310 is not, but was used prior to this. An exception is if someone changed the driveshaft to an earlier one. However, the 1330 u-joint is stronger.
