isn't it amazing a little trimming and a couple chrome tips improved the looks that much. chevy could have boosted sales a lot because the rubber bumpers looked so unfinished.

I'm using Magnaflow mufflers.

cutouts hangs too low so I'll rebuild the under-diff part of the exhaust.
I have regular turndowns nut I cut off the ends just below th edge od the bumper. Youbcan bearely see the exhaust.

I see we have some of the same idea's when it comes to customising our Cars...

The same only diffrent... Its what makes every custom car its own.

I like Motorhead's setup the best. I think I'm going to copy it this summer with my car. I hate the stock turndowns

I have an 80 that I just had exhaust run back with an X-pipe, Magnas, and Camaro tips. After all that I still don't like the look of how you can see the pipes coming under the rear axle.

I have the body off of another 80 (has the batwing), doing a restomod. I am wondering if anyone has found a way to route the exhaust OVER the rear axle as in the newer vettes? Lets assume no cats, no spare tire tub, and coil-overs instead of a leaf spring - possible or am I crazy?

This modification would obviously open up a lot of possible looks for the rear of the C3.

I used the early C3 stainless exhaust tips that I found at Summit and a Dyno Max 2 in 2 out muffler, it also has a great sound, especially with an LS2 breathing through it.

Hey riggs, I like the way you think!

I have been thinking about doing something like this for a while. I think it looks great!

Very cool ideals.

I really like seeing others doing unique ideals to their rides, making them different from most every body else's rides. Thanks for sharing these ideals and I hope it encourages others to think outside the box.
