If anyone in the Chicago area is looking for a great trans shop, I would highly recommend TSI in Addison, IL. After dealing with several issues with my 700R4 for the past few years, I found TSI to be the best. They were able to quickly resolve issues with my trans that 3 other reputable shops were unable to figure out.
