Default Engine Build - Anyone ever hear of 207 big block heads?

I'm buying a big block Chevrolet engine with the following components, and I have my own (original) heads, but was curious anyway about the statement that these are the HOT 207 heads....??

Anyone ever hear about 207 big block heads and are there any details about their performance ?

The engine is going in my 73 Big Block Vette...

Not sure...there are 702's and 206's.....

Looking at the parts list I wonder if they are trying to refer to valve size? Normally a 2.06" intake. I see the same thing written beside the intake valve size and then they say 1.7 beside exhaust valves.

Not sure what you're planning for this engine...but it appears to be a stock rebuild with hypereutectic pistons, stock rods, cast crank etc etc. I would really verify mfg names because other than the bearings and ARP rod bolts...all that house brand stuff scares me as being the cheapest of the cheapest.

You might look into VortecPro in Co. Springs. He builds some real nice packages for good prices with good parts and is very picky about machine work quality.

Stock type rebuild. Pressed pin pistons. hyper pistons, not square decked, No torque plate hone. NO name internals. 2800 convertor required in a 9.5 to 1 comp engine? I would be very wary of this engine.
