Dynamat Xtreme for noise, then Reflectix for heat..
Many opinions here on the forum. Dynamat is a little more expensive but is a proven product. Reflectix is available at Home Depot or Lowe's and is super cheap. I would go light on the reflectix at the gas pedal, and where interior panels butt up against the body. I doubled up the Dynamat over the tranny hump, wheel wells, and floor pans. Definitely reflectix on the tranny hump and floor, if you have undercar exhaust.
Dynamat (or similar products), does MINIMAL for heat, reflectix does NOTHING for noise...
I went with the feflectix (similar to bubble wrap in the middle) and there is also another type that is like foam rubber int he middle. Both avail at Home depot in the ventilation section. Takes 2-3 rolls to do the car from front to back.
