Evening, while driving my 74 I notice it vibrates between 52 and 60 mph the sun was just right and you could see the air cleaner and carb vibrates too. I 've been told it a dampeners bad, tires out of balance. at 60 and above she's smooth as can be, around town smooth as can be. This car sat for 6 years in a barn with new(back then) BFG tires. I replace the back tires, but same tires on the front.

It could be tires or balance on the tires. Generally you will feel the vibration in the steering wheel if it's the front tires and in the seat of your pants if it's the back tires. If you have the same size tires you could rotate them front to back on the same side and see if the vibration changes.

Old tires that have been sitting for a long time... Tires are 'lumpy' and will never be right. You might be able to help it with a balance, but they will likely always vibrate. I think you need to replace the front tires.
