All of the major Vette parts vendors carry replacement soft tops. There are tops on Ebay, and there are lots of soft top venders on the web. Knoch makes their own tops, and they are available as exact replacement including date stamps, etc. Some of the other vendors make their own as well although most source theirs from Robbins or other manufacturers. You can buy a top for anywhere from $150 to over $300. Most top suppliers will provide a top that is very close to original in the weight of the material, the specific vinyl pattern, and color.
Your soft top weather stripping deteriorates over time, and you may find that it is necessary to replace some or all of it when you replace your top. Vette top frames, especially the header bow, are subject to rusting out, so top replacement may require repairs or an overhaul to your top frame.
Take the time up front to evaluate your top replacement needs before just ordering a top. Al Knoch and others sell a video on do it yourself top replacement. Several guys here on the forum have done a replacement on their own. If you decide to have it done at a local shop, they will probably have a preferred supplier for tops and may not look favorably on you bringing in a top. Be sure to check with the shop before ordering one.
the al knock tops are canvas, the cheap ones on ebay ($200) are vinyl. it's not too difficult a job, just pay close attention to how the old one was installed. it's a week end job-one day thinking about it and measuring, and one day to do it. you'll need a good stapler.

Al Knoch Vinyl Tops are great also!!
I used their video when I did mine and it was a super helper - although the one I got from them looked like a copy of a copy of a copy burned to a CD!!
