Default Tiny rubber hose on FireWall

I have one last hose that I am not sure where connect on my 74 rebuild. This is a tiny rubber Vac hose. Its maybe a little bigger than 1/4" outside diameter bubber hose. Comes through the fire wall at about the Dizzy. It is about the same size as the vacuum advance line on the Distributor.

I thought it went to the vac advance, but I am pretty sure that the vac advance line goes to the nipple on the front of the carb.

At this point, I assume it has to get adapted to the vacuum lines near the brake booster.. Any specific one or any specific place in the line?

Probably the feed to your heater/ac controls in the console. It is teed into headlight vacuum line, can't tell you where on a 74 but, on 70/72 Vettes its by the brake booster.

Do you know if there are any one way valves or filters in any of the lines?

Do you have the assembly instruction manual (AIM)? The AIM shows all the vacuum lines, the color codes, where they connect. In the main vacuum supply from the intake manifold, you should have a white plastic filter and a metal, two port valve. If memory serves, vacuum for the in-car items comes off or very near the two port metal valve.

Stock or not, the AIM is helpful.

Some cars have a heater control valve on the manifold fitting the heater hose goes too.
