I have a 427 that presently has some standard plug wires (non right angle) that will not fit will under the distributor shield cover very well. You can install the cover, it just does not fit well without really pinching the wires.
What do you guys recommend to use that have the right angles at the distributor end that I can use so that I can reinstall my cover and not worry about crunching the wires?
I am looking for a high performance wire at a reasonable price, and preferably something that I can just order from Summit or Jegs.
While we're on the topic, I've been looking at braided wires like the ones that were originally on my 427. Several catalog vendors carry stainless braided wires for about $59 and "correct" braided wires for about $100. Anyone know what the difference is appearance wise?
