Sticking Brake Pedal
Picked up a 74 that sat for 4 years. It had some brakes and normal pedal travel. Then pedal went to the floor, bled all calipers in correct order, got a fair amount of air out of the system and have some brake pedal pressure and brakes enough to get it in and out of the garage while I work on other issues. What has me stumped is the pedal will not return hanging up about half way up. I have reach down and pull it to get it all the way back up. Does this sound more like the master or booster or pedal linkage?

Not the spring once past or before the sticking spot the pedal functions normal. At about 2 inches of travel applying the brakes there is a spot that requires more effort to get past going down and the pedal hangs up at the same spot as the pedal attemps to return to full up stroke.
