Inner doorhandle problem..

Inner doorhandle problem..
Today i removed the doortrim to do some minor adjustments.That was no problem.But when i should put the panel back i ran into a problem with the inner doorhandle.Whats the trick to get the handle back in its place?I`ve tried everything... :mad

You need to line the handle hole up with the end of the handle. The panel with be forward of its final location. Then stick a finger through the hole and pull the end of the handle towards the panel hole. You should be able to just catch the lip of the handle on the outside lip of the hole. then just slide the panel in place. It will take a couple tries and you will most likely pinch your finger a little.

I use a long thin flat blade screwdriver to get the handle to pop through the hole. My fingers just won't get in there. It does take some patience.
