Default Psycho digital dash.

i just had my digital dash for my 85 rebuilt. It is still giving me problems. I cannot correlate a ground on the car. The problem is intermittent, I am unable to establish a ground problem. The dash works and stopping reguardless of road surface. I have pushed and pulled many wires and tried various ground alternatives. The problem goes and comes as it pleases. Being a former electrician/electronics tech and my son is too. We find nothing that indicates a bad ground. The guy who fixed it has been fixing all types of speedometers for 40 years and will do anything I say to correct this problem. Cold solders/solder are my sons and my conclusion. Anywhere to head for verification. The repairer is willing to retest for free. Cold solders were a nemisis during my repair days. Heating as current flowed, shutting down and working again as it cooled. Any opinions greatly appreciated!
