4sp stuck in reverse?
last night, I started the car and when I let out the clutch (shifter in 1st), nothing happened then car stalled.
Put shifter into neutral, let out clutch, car starts going backwards.
Arsed around with the shifter and the reverse release, seemed to change nothing.
Eventually I got a little more violent with the shifter and it seemed to pop out of whatever state it was in.
Everything is now back to normal.
Is this a common issue?

HERE'S the instructions and of course, you'll need one of these REBUILD KITS, but it's not that difficult to do.
