popt up finder
Hello all, I had a Bubba moment this big boy I know put a alarm in my fine ,1974 and when I got home the next day while looking the vette over I saw the right finder was showing poppet up 1/4" higher than the hood. I think he was about 300LB and I think He was leaning over the finder with his big belly and poppet the fiberglass under the wheel well finder I looked under the front wheel well and can see a crack about 2 feet long and when you push down on finder from the top surface the finder surface move up and down? any Idea's of how to fix and is it safe to drive a little, our will finder come flying off???? thanks for all your help

I think you mean "fender"...not finder.....
It will need to be fixed by someone that knows how to fix fiberglass. This is not going to be cheap as all the paint will need to come off for the length of the crack...then filled-in, sealed, painted.
Does the car need to be repainted? This might be a good time for it.
