Default BFG or Mickey T???

255/60 15. Looking for street radials. Most concerned with straight ahead hook, dry pavement driving only. Would you go with the BFG radial T/A or the Mickey T Street Radial?

You looking for a drag radial or regular ol street tire?
Regular street tires dont "hook hard" no matter what the brand

If its the DR get the Mickey they stick better period.
The BFG will last longer but dont hook near as good.

In my opinion if youre gonna get a drag radial get one that hooks otherwise whats the use get a regular street tire if mileage is a concern.

If youre putting some decent power down to the ground they are almost a necessity as a safety item so you dont break em loose and wrap your car around a pole unintentionally.

The new Mickey T sportsman radials are a really good tire. I have ran them on several pro street cars with no problems and they make them in as narrow as 10 inches wide

First does he want a street tire ? Or something that will hook at the lights?
